CUSTOMER RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
At Sebastian Maison, customer service is our priority and we want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return anything purchased on the Sebastian Maison website within 30 Days from date of Delivery and only with proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and must be within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately Sale Items may only be exchanged.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Any refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving goods.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
PRE ORDER INFORMATION
A Pre-Order or Pre-Sale is the Payment and reservation of an item that is not yet available but will be within coming weeks. An estimated Delivery date will be indicated on each product accordingly. SEBASTIANMAISON.COM will charge your card at the time of purchase which you will instantly receive your order confirmation details after making the purchase and via email. Upon shipment, you will then receive another email with all tracking and shipping information. Please email us with any questions you may have in relation to pre-order items. As always, we offer you complimentary shipping worldwide.
